March 20  Finally hit the road heading north from Laidley and decided to test our Free Camping capabilities on the way.  Having checked out the Camps7 book we decided on the rest area at Toogoolawah (just 103km away) which turned out to have heaps of space which we had all to ourselves.  The only downside was the traffic noise, mostly cattle trucks through the night, but nice and flat, easy entry and exit and able to run our grey water down into the gully.  Just stayed one night and finally had to make our first changeover of Gas after almost 5 weeks of cooking and hot water use.
