Oatlands most famous feature is it’s European style windmill at the old Callington Mill. The village features many beautiful historic stone buildings extremely well preserved and restored. The other main feature is Lake Dulverton right on the edge of the village and once used for sailing and other water activities but sadly suffering from reduced rainfall and a low water level for some years. The old sailing club building now houses the community radio station and coin operated showers for the users of the adjacent RV Stop.
