The Carnival of Flowers is one of Toowoomba’s premier events on the calendar, this year affected by the Covid19 situation the displays continued but the street parade was cancelled, as well as some of the catering functions. However the floral displays were as good as ever and this time we felt that the results here in Laurel Bank Park, the lesser-known of the two main venues, were the best of all; we’ll let the pictures tell the story.
